BizNet presents a unique opportunity for a highly-motivated individual who possesses the curiosity and has the passion to help build a world-class Sales Team as an Inside Sales Operations Specialist.  In this role as an Inside Sales Operations Specialist, you will provide inside sales and sales operations support to the Sales Team including management, world-wide end users and distribution channels.  In this role, you will act as a liaison to help resolve customer requests and/or issues, perform inbound and outbound calls and help maintain and analyze data from BizNet’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, an enthusiastic and energetic approach and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Sales Activities: manage the complete order process from receipt of order to installation and/or training; provide pre-sales and post-sales support to Resellers and end users; create, nurture and respond to sales opportunities; close sales orders on behalf of the Account Sales Representatives; perform customer outreach; and make outbound phone calls as defined and directed by management
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): provide CRM data entry support as directed; train CRM users on functionality and how to create new contacts, opportunities and quotes; and provide CRM administrative support
  • Reporting: compile and report data on bookings, revenue and quota attainment; maintain existing sales reports; and design new reports as needed
  • Communication: coordinate and interface across company departments regarding customer requests or issues to ensure customer expectations are met; and respond to inbound phone calls, e-mails, sales requests, Reseller/Partner phone calls and all sales related requests assigned by management
  • Other: participate in the evaluation, selection and implementation of decision-support tools; act as a primary liaison on sales force automation projects; work in the field with Sales Team to identify opportunities for improvement; attend quarterly regional action planning meetings; and other projects as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience with inside sales, sales operations support and/or order management
  • Self-motivated and works well in a team environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
  • Skilled in providing superior level of customer service
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to adapt quickly and respond to changing business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in a software related industry, a plus

BizNet is seeking a passionate, detail oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant I.  As an Accountant I, you will assist with various aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Order Fulfillment, and other projects as assigned.  You will work closely with the CFO to ensure company accounting standards and objectives are being met.  The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Accounts Receivable: create invoices for software orders and support renewals; process deposits; update QuickBooks and CRM for payments received; assist with updating support and/or revenue recognition schedules; and create journal entries for royalty payments
  • Accounts Payable: review and validate AP; enter bills and royalty payments into QuickBooks; and calculate royalty commissions
  • Accounting: analyze accounts and prepare Form 1099s; prepare sales tax returns; create journal entries for GAAP adjustments; evaluate accounts to determine budget; and assist with external audit preparation
  • Order Fulfillment: process product orders; maintain customer portals (Flexera); and perform periodic analysis and review of CRM
  • Other: provide front-line customer support related to the Accounting Department; and other projects as assigned
