Dallas, Texas - July 14, 2003 - BizNet Software Inc., which combines accounting and technology expertise to help companies improve financial reporting and processes, announced today that it has named Alesa Gibson as Vice President of Sales.  Gibson will play an influential role in the strategic, tactical and business direction of the company and will be responsible for developing and managing a sales force and sustaining business growth.

For the past ten years, Gibson worked with Thomson Corporation.  As Vice President, Key Account Market, she provided strategic, tactical and business leadership to a specialized sales organization catering to Fortune 1000 companies as well as top 500 law and accounting firms.  Under Gibson's leadership, the company doubles sales revenues from $16 million to $32 million.

Prior to joining Thomson, she served as a dealer sales manager for the Savin Corporation and as a major account representative for Xerox Corporation.  She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1985.
