New space provides improved software development opportunities, customer presentation space

Dallas, Texas - June 6, 2003 - BizNet Software Inc., which combines accounting and technology expertise to help companies solve accounting problems, has leased 5,800 square feet of office space in the Crestview Tower at 105 Decker Court in Las Colinas.

BizNet Chief Operating Officer Mike Shea said the upgraded space was designed to meet the company's specific needs.  "The new office features an upgraded computer area for software development and space that allows us to make better customer presentations," said Shea.  "The new offices will enable BizNet to operate more efficiently, as it is tailored to our specific requirements."

The company provides software and service that improve and optimize existing financial systems and has seen its business grow in the wake of increased scrutiny of financial reporting as a result of the recent Sarbanes-Oxley legislation.

BizNet was formerly located at 4545 Fuller Drive in Las Colinas.
