BizNet Software Extends Business Consulting
Expertise with Three Employee AdditionsDallas,
Texas - January 24, 2005 - BizNet Software®
Inc., which combines accounting and technology expertise to help
companies improve financial reporting and processes, adds three
new employees and positions as part of an initiative to bring
more depth to the company's professional services efforts.
Eric Mehringer joins as Vice President of Professional Services,
Shiv Seegobin as Director of Technology and Operations, and
Karin Walsh as a Senior Consultant in the professional services
division.

strategic, tactical and business direction of the company."
As Vice President of Professional Services, Mehringer will
manage and expand BizNet's professional services efforts
including managing product implementations, expanding the
business consulting efforts and continuing development of
compliance efforts. Prior to joining BizNet, Mehringer was
CFO of Magnablend, Inc. His former experience also
includes positions as director of Nextera, practice manager at
Oracle, and manager at KPMG. Mehringer has a bachelor's
degree in accounting and a master's degree from Dallas Baptist
University.
Seegobin joins BizNet in a newly created position as director
of technology and operations and will manage production support,
product development, software development and computer
operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in
database administration and application development. Prior
to joining BizNet, Seegobin was involved in a large data
warehouse design effort at Keyspan Energy in New York and has
worked on several other technical projects including efforts at
Nortel and Lighthouse. Seegobin holds a bachelor's degree
from York University in Toronto.
Walsh brings her expertise in finance to the professional
services team as a senior consultant. She will focus on
the compliance product efforts, as well as the methodology,
processes and requirements for use of BizNet's compliance
product with Sarbanes-Oxley. In her former experience,
Walsh worked as a contractor for 7-Eleven on its Sarbanes-Oxley
compliance project. She also served as director of
financial reporting at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, where she
played a lead role in process improvement initiatives, including
finance transformation, and completed Six Sigma green belt
training. Previous to Carlson, she was the operations
manager at Baxter Healthcare, Inc. Walsh is a CPA with a
bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in
management information systems and management from Dallas
Baptist University.
