Right-click on the cell you want to drill down on and select the Drill Down option.

Data from the G/L is automatically populated within your spreadsheet in PivotTable format providing the ultimate in flexibility to investigate the detail behind the number.  Users can quickly reorient the data by dragging and dropping items to answer multiple questions.

Users can then double-click on a cell total to view the individual entries that make up the number.
